Fees

How Do Our Fees Compare?

Our fees are comparable to other dentists who have expertise and experience in these areas of dental care we focus on and who, like us, are using specialized equipment, materials, techniques and who devote additional time to deliver this advanced and comprehensive treatment.

Fees for treatment of periodontal (gum) disease depend on the treatment required to control the gum infection and maintain control of it. This will vary between individuals.

Dental insurance is a "benefit" to those who are fortunate enough to have it. However, insurance reimbursement is based on partial coverage of a limited number of basic dental procedures.

Insurance benefits are often based on a Standard Fee Guide that reflects an average fee range on an average patient in an average dental practice. The costs associated with delivering newer, advanced services in a non-traditional dental practice have not been factored in.

The cost to the dental office of administrating insurance claims for patients is also significant, and adds to the cost of dental treatment.

Did you know that typically, a carrier will pay out only a little more than fifty percent of the money it collects in premiums from employers? They are very successful businesses that must pay out benefits, cover their own costs and expenses and make a profit for their shareholders.

Insurance benefits will continue to decrease unless employers fund better plans, or cut out the insurance companies' administrative costs.
